This weekend Ben & I had a wonderful opportunity to experience one of Tricon American Homes rental properties. We were so excited to view the new home after recently moving in to our own rental property last month.
During my tour I took a little time to compare my rental home to the TAH! To start, Tricon’s affordable housing compared to my monthly rent was only $250 more than what I’m currently paying. That being said, I would absolutely spend the extra $250 to upgrade to one of their rental properties.
The new rental home community combines luxury living with affordable pricing. The home we viewed was well over 2,000 sq feet featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, walk in closets, a double garage, and all new hardware and appliances! And for comparison purposes I’m in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath and just under 1,600 sq feet. What was there not to love about this home? It had everything we were looking for in our rental home search (space, garage, yard, updated appliances, and open concept living room).
The property was beautifully staged and decked in glamorous Christmas decor. It only took us about 30 minutes to get to the epicenter of Charlotte! A great option for a shorter commute times. And only do they have homes all over Charlotte, they also have expanded into Raleigh, NC! They are one of the fastest growing residential real estate companies with locations in Arizona, California, Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas as well!
Tricon American Homes provides residents in their communities the opportunity to enjoy professionally renovated homes in desirable neighborhoods, giving you the chance to have a managed property like apartment living without the hassle of shared walls. TAH offers spacious homes, large yards (pet friendly), and smart-technology in their homes, making it the ideal location while searching for your next rental property!!!
