I love the holidays so much. Not only does it give you a chance to reconnect with friends and loved ones, it also is the perfect time to flex those fancy cooking skills of yours. Fall holds so many wonderful foods and aromas. Every year I look forward to filling my house with cinnamon, apple spice, and vanilla while I nest on my couch and fill my stomach with sweet dark chocolates.
It’s finally that time of year again so Ben and I hosted a Friendsgiving at our place this past weekend. There were so many delicious dishes but I’ve got to toot my horn a bit when it comes to these chocolate & Oreo pudding cups. They are THE perfect sweet treat for any event served in perfect mini cups with perfect little mini spoons. I’m obsessed.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did. If you decide to make it make sure to tag me in your posts so I can see all of your beautiful creations.

WHAT YOU NEED:
40 count of mini cups
40 count of gold mini spoons
1 package of Oreos
1 box of Dark Chocolate Godiva Pudding
1 box of White Chocolate Godiva Pudding
Whip Cream
1 Ziplock Sandwhich Bag
2 cups of Milk

HOW TO MAKE:
Begin with the pudding. In two separate bowls mix your pudding and milk – one dark chocolate bowl, one white chocolate, and keep separated. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
While the pudding is setting, take 6-7 Oreos and put them into the ziplock bag. Begin to crush them until they are broken up into small chunks.
When the pudding is ready begin to fill your mini cups with one layer of oreo crumbles.
Top the layer of Oreos with Godiva White Chocolate Pudding, leaving room for another layer at the top.
Top the second layer with Godiva Dark Chocolate Pudding.
Top the third layer with some more Oreo Crumbles.
Wait to top the pudding cups with whip cream until you serve them so it does not melt.
And that’s it! Now you’ve got a fun, festive, sweet treat to entertain your friends and family with. The size of the mini cups are perfect for full bellies and wont overload you with food, just pure deliciousness.
LOVE,
AMANDA JO
