Ladies, I can not say it enough- Love yourself first! Be kind to you body, eat right, read more, exercise, smile often, laugh more, take a break, and blow yourself a kiss. Delete any account that makes you feel bad, and put that phone down. Spend time with friends and family who build you up, not tear you down. Stop doing things you don’t want to do. And last of all....Stop 👏🏼making👏🏼 excuses👏🏼. Just love yourself first, and the rest will follow. 💕
